WOLINSKY’S DISMISS TWO CLAIMS AGAINST
American International Industries, Inc. AND ITS CEO
Houston & Kemah, Texas – March 17, 2015 American International Industries, Inc. (OTCQB:AMIN) ("American" or the "Company") today announced that Mr. and Mrs. Wolinsky dismissed their claims against American and its CEO, Daniel Dror, in two (2) District Court filings. The District Court cases were Cause No. 2014-74771 in the District Court of Harris County, Texas 157th Judicial District and Cause No. 2015-00708 in the District Court of Harris County, Texas 11th Judicial District. The Wolinsky’s dismissed their claims after American filed a motion to dismiss under the Texans Citizen’s Participation Act, which is commonly referred to as "Anti-SLAPP" statutes. SLAPP stands for "Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation".
